1. EXTERIOR

3.2 FLOORING
- Egyptian marble "CREMA REAL GIALLO" 60x60x2 cm, placed in lounge / dining room, hall and corridors.
- Floating wood floor, one solid piece "ARCE" wood in bedrooms.
- 10 cm. Egyptian marble "CREMA REAL GIALLO" skirting board, with blunt edges in areas of marble flooring. In bedrooms and dressing-rooms in water repellent MDF and finished in BUBINGA wood.

3.3 INTERNAL COATERING
- Last generation screeding plaster with washable plastic paint, smooth, beige colour, top-quality.

3.4 BATHROOMS
- Flooring and wall coating in Egyptian marble "CREMA REAL GIALLO" 60x30x2 cm pieces. WC and bidet on the floor "VITRUVIT" and "ALTEA" brand, white in colour.
- Whirlpool bath ZEN type, for two people in main bathrooms, "CALAMITA SYSTEMS" brand.
